Kingston Mediation Services is a division of Vicky Visca & Associates, 1265733 Ontario Inc. Vicky Visca has provided Mediation Services for over 40 years. She is an Accredited Family and Child Protection Mediator and Instructor. All Mediators affiliated with the firm are Accredited Family Mediators with several years of experience in addressing issues specific to separation and divorce.

Parenting Plans including parenting time, holidays and special occasions, decision-making, parental communication
Child Support
Spousal Support
Division of Property
Accessing community resources

Please be advised that due to funding shortfalls with the Ministry of the Attorney General, all services will be suspended effective February 2, 2026 until further notice. Emails and phone calls will not be responded to effective February 2, 2026.
